Accountability Coaching
Accountability coaching is a one-on-one service offered when a restorative process is not wanted or possible but the person who caused the harm is looking for support to change.
In these situations, the participant may be seperated from the person they harmed or they may still be in relationship and looking to become a reliably safe partner.
How it Works
Organizations can hire me to facilitate a one-on-one accountability process. I will work with participants at the community level and at the legal system level, youth or adult.
This works well if your organization does not have the skill or capacity to hold accountability processes in-house or if you otherwise think that what I bring might be the right fit for the person looking to participate in an accountability process.
I am based in Chittenden County, Vermont and can work virtually or in person across the state.
Next Steps
Our first step would be to schedule a call to determine fit. Exploring fit may involve talking with the person with the power to hire, the person seeking an accountability process, and any other decision makers identified at this stage.
I do not yet have the capacity to hold processes for individuals outside of organizations.
